Bacon-wrapped scallops, scallops over linguine, or scallops simply seared with brown butter? The results will look fancy, but we won’t tell anyone you barely lifted a finger! These scallops are wild-caught in Japan and individually flash frozen, so you can thaw out only the quantity you need. There are 10-20 pieces per pound. For the best results, pat scallops with paper towels until they’re very dry before cooking.
