Oyster of the Day

Wholesale oyster shipments are usually sold by the 100 count. When we split open a bag to sell a few dozen to a retail customer, we’re left with an uneven number of oysters. Oyster of the Day orders are designed to give us a little flexibility and give you an (even better) deal. The order will be filled on the pickup date, and will include tags so you know what you’ve got.  You get the same fresh oysters, and we get back to round numbered bags. It’s a win-win.
