Along the North Shore of Long Island, these topneck clams live happily until they’re harvested for your plate. With a perfect blend of ocean salt and sweet clam flavor, these are perfect for eating raw on the half shell with a squeeze of lemon, grilled with a sprinkle of bacon and parmesan, or baked with breadcrumbs and marinara. You’ll get about 6 per pound, each about 2-2.5″ wide from the hinge.
